Buyer/Seller Mediation Services
When your buyer or seller has a dispute, what can you do to help? The Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® has extended these services to their members and have now extended them to GCBOR Members as well! View the informational flyer here. A Full REALTOR® Member pays local, state and national dues through this Board and considers GCBOR their primary Board of REALTORS®. SentriLock is an optional service. The agreement should be completed at time of application if you wish to activate SentriLock with your membership. SentriLock can also be added at any time after membership is approved.
A Secondary Member pays the local, state and national dues through a different Board and considers GCBOR to be an additional Board. Managing Brokers who have at least one Primary member at GCBOR will be required to join as a Secondary member and subject to local dues. SentriLock is an optional service. The agreement should be completed at time of application if you wish to activate SentriLock with your membership. SentriLock can also be added at any time after membership is approved. (Select Secondary on the application.)
An Affiliate member is member that does not have a real estate license, but wishes to be part of GCBOR and/or the MLS. Appraisers, use this application to get membership and MLS Access.

An MLS participant is a REALTOR® member that belongs to a Board of REALTORS® and only wants to participate on the MLS.

Membership Applications
Email the completed application to mls@gcbor.com. Please allow at least 5 business days for your application to be processed. You will receive an email with a link to pay the application and any other fees online with a check or credit card.
