GCBOR is involved in local political matters that affect Real Estate
Recent Local events:
GCBOR has teamed with local fire and emergency officials to get the word out about the importance of fire mitigation. Last August a Wild Fire Prevention flyer was sent to all property owners in Grand County loaded with helpful information about wildfire prevention. If you would like a copy of this flyer please contact the board office.
GCBOR has also been coordinating with the county Assessor’s office, county emergency workers as well as local governments to coordinate the addressing for our county roads in order to make the addresses more consistent, clear, and useful for our emergency workers.
GCBOR will be hosting wild fire workshop this coming September.
