Membership Information
Membership in the Grand County Board of Realtors HAS ITS STRENGTHS AND ADVANTAGES!
Grand County Board of Realtors has four types of membership.
Full Realtor Member Application A full Realtor Member pays Local, State and National dues through Grand County, and considers GCBOR their primary Board.
Secondary Realtor Member Application A Secondary Member pays the local, state and national dues through a different Board and considers GCBOR to be an additional Board
MLS Only Application An MLS participant is a Realtor member that belongs to a Board of Realtors and only wants to participate on the MLS.
Affiliate Member Application An Affiliate member is member that does not have a real estate license, but wishes to be part of GCBOR and/or the MLS.
